The basis to using ultrasonic in various applications such as soldering, metal welding or food cutting is a generator. Our soniKKs ultrasonic generators are all "Made in Germany" and work reliably, persistently, and economically. Whether you choose a tabletop unit or a mountable generator, you have a wide range of designs, interfaces, and possible applications. Thanks to plug & play and operation via touchscreen or rotary encoder with LCD display, the generators are easy to adjust. We are happy to integrate your company name or logo into the display according to your specifications.

The amplitude is infinitely adjustable between 50% and 100% for all devices. In addition, all devices have a temperature-controlled fan and are protected against short circuit, idle, overload, and overtemperature. To control and monitor the process-relevant parameters, you can use a communication interface. Some of our models are also available without a screen, so you can connect a handheld controller. Only one controller is required, even if you use several of our generators. You can also use our generators in conjunction with robots. Moreover, they are environmentally friendly, because they consume little electricity, wear little / do not wear at all and make additional chemical agents unnecessary.
